Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us in the first instance at wharfedalesoaps@gmail.com or using the form on the contact us page.

Wharfedale Soaps create luxury handmade skincare products and accessories. Due to the personal nature of these products we can only accept unused returns in their original packaging. Goods that arrive in an unsaleable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value.

We cannot refund the delivery cost incurred when returning the items but we will refund your original delivery costs.

Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds are processed through our payment providers, PayPal and Stripe (depending on your original payment method) in accordance with their refund policies.
